I had a wonderful experience with the team today! Ricky and Jimmy were incredibly professional and efficient. I also need to call out Ted that came to give us our quote to that lead to no extra surprises. They arrived early and completed the job ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. I was also impressed by how neat and clean they kept the work area throughout the process. It's always a relief when professionals are so considerate and thorough. AC went out and I called Superior. Tech Phil came out first and unfortunately, he diagnosed as needing replacement. That said, he was up front, honest, and showed me some things that made me realize he had integrity as a tech and wasn’t just selling me something. In a matter of an hour or so, salesman Paul came out. We walked through some options and settled on what suited us best. 4 days later, we had an entirely new AC unit, new location, lines, humidifier, and pump for drainage. Roger & another young man were the two who installed it. They did a great job, site was clean, and both were super polite. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. Thank you to all 4 of you.

Today Gavin and Donald came and installed a new AC and furnace unit. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were very polite and cleaned up everything perfectly. I loved how Gavin took the time at the end to walk me through both of the units and show me all of the features and explain anything I might need to know. I didn’t know they did electrical work and plumbing too! How nice to have everything all in one stop. I will for sure be using them again in the future. Excellent work today boys!

We had such a wonderful experience using Superior Comfort to replace our furnace and AC unit! Alex, Paul, Lisa, Tyler and James were all so helpful and so kind when assisting and installing for us. We are very happy with our new unit and how fast they were able to do this. We also loved the little detail of giving our dog a toy! Thank you so so much!

I contacted Superior Comfort because I needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Kyle, Matt, and Tyler came out and did an amazing job! They were respectful, on task, and helped me with any questions I needed. Even the gentleman who came to give me a quote was very professional and easygoing.
