This company is amazing! I dealt with a few companies before going with superior. Miciah when he came out was so nice and very professional I couldn’t have been more pleased with him! Todd in sales came out gave me a quote on what I needed also told me the pros and cons of only doing that part and that it wouldn’t be worth it in the long run as the part that needed fixing I’ve had issues with for the last 3 years, so I chose to replace the whole furnace and ac unit! He was so nice and understanding and very knowledgeable and helped me stay with in my budget range! Donald and Ricky came today and did the install of the furnace and ac and they did a PHENOMENAL JOB I’m truly blown away! They were professional friendly and very respectful to my home and went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!!! They worked very hard today and I am beyond grateful to be a customer to such a wonderful family and friends oriented business! A business that’s honest trustworthy and professional, not many like that anymore!! I highly recommend them hands down. People like them and businesses like this are what we need more of in this world! Thank you everyone at Superior Heating and Cooling it’s been a great experience and you get a 100/100!!!

Superior comfort did a fabulous job on my heat pump, replacing my old air conditioner and modernizing it all. They removed it from the attic and installed it in the closet more convenient with a very quiet unit they did it professionally and with good speed. They knew what they were doing. From quote to finish was over a week but well worth it Salesman Anthony, techs Donald and Ricky did the great job on my installation and I would use them again. Jody

You don’t see customer service like that anymore. Donald, Ricky, and Daryl was friendly , knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customer service was top notch and the product exceeded my expectations I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. Justin, Gavin and Austin did a great job! Installed a new furnace, humidifier, air-conditioner and thermostat for me in a timely manor. Very informative on how to maintain and use each. Cleaned up spotless behind themselves. Very polite group. Would definitely recommend them and Superior Comfort.

Justin M was superb!!! Was on time, very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done. The part that was needed he did not have on his truck but he called the office and someone brought it to him. While he was waiting for the part he took the old one off so when the new one got here he could put it right on. I joined the Comfy Club. ( Justin told me about it but did not push it). I find it affordable so i signed up. Great experience
