I had a wonderful experience with the team today! Ricky and Jimmy were incredibly professional and efficient. I also need to call out Ted that came to give us our quote to that lead to no extra surprises. They arrived early and completed the job ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. I was also impressed by how neat and clean they kept the work area throughout the process. It's always a relief when professionals are so considerate and thorough. We had such a wonderful experience using Superior Comfort to replace our furnace and AC unit! Alex, Paul, Lisa, Tyler and James were all so helpful and so kind when assisting and installing for us. We are very happy with our new unit and how fast they were able to do this. We also loved the little detail of giving our dog a toy! Thank you so so much!

I contacted Superior Comfort because I needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Kyle, Matt, and Tyler came out and did an amazing job! They were respectful, on task, and helped me with any questions I needed. Even the gentleman who came to give me a quote was very professional and easygoing. I had a great experience with Superior Comfort and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or repair. Technicians James O. and Austin O. were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident throughout the process. Todd, who came out to assess the cost of repairs, was also very knowledgeable and professional, and he clearly explained my options. I would also like to recognize Lisa, the installation coordinator. She was incredibly kind and helpful. I was nervous about the process and called her several times, and each time she was friendly, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I would 100% recommend Superior Comfort to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or repair.

Wow what an amazing company! Hot water tank gave out and created some challenges for us. Contacted Superior Comfort (on a Friday) and they accommodated us with same day service. They took out the old tank and replaced with the Classic Series Rheem. The installation of new tank looks awesome. The guys Tyler and James were very professional and knowledgeable in their duties. Great job, great service thanku so much guys.
