Wow what an amazing company! Hot water tank gave out and created some challenges for us. Contacted Superior Comfort (on a Friday) and they accommodated us with same day service. They took out the old tank and replaced with the Classic Series Rheem. The installation of new tank looks awesome. The guys Tyler and James were very professional and knowledgeable in their duties. Great job, great service thanku so much guys.

Feb 2026 What every homeowner does not want to hear, you really need a new furnace ! 5+ Stars to Superior Comfort HVAC - In order of appearance Phil Rychlinski – Repair Technician – Knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with, explained everything. Paul Lucas – Comfort Advisor - Knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with, explained all our options. Tyler – Install Technician - Knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with, explained everything on the install. Kyle - Install Technician - Knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with, explained everything on the install. When our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest nights of January ’26 we called Superior Comfort ! Phil was able to quickly diagnose the problem that was shutting the unit down. But there were other problems. After letting Phil know that our decision was to probably go with a new unit he had Paul on site the same day. Paul called an emergency service for us to get heat back in the house quickly. We determined that our best option was new Furnace, plus AC, so at this point we added Filters, Smart Thermostat, and a Humidifier. Tyler and Kyle made sure the entire install went smoothly and to perfection while doing it in sub 32 weather. The removal and installation was done in a timely and very neat professional manner. After Tyler and Kyle finished, they gave us a demo on the thermostat. Their cleanup job was impressive, one of the best I have ever seen. Other than now having heat in the house, you would not even know they were here. I cannot say enough good things about this skilled group. Big thanks and 5 stars to all of you !

We used Superior and Gills plumbing for a HUGE plumbing issue. Needed to have a pipe under our house replaced. I am going to do a review just for the install and then another great review when they come back and fill everything up. The installation took two days. The crew was fantastic! Ignacio led a great team of guys. Joe M, Joe L and Kyler were so wonderful. All of the dudes went above and beyond, were kind, courteous, and clear about every step of the process. I am a comfy club member and it saved us 2 percent off this huge job. Will never call someone else!

Thanks for taking care of my concerns regarding my new Bryant furnace quickly. Installation was done in one afternoon and we had heat that evening. Tech installers left the work area clean and answered all my concerns. Brownstown City inspectors came out and seemed impressed with the work performed. They had mentioned Superior Comfort by name and said their work was is the best. Al Attard. PS. Walking into an unfamiliar environment, seeing the issue for the first time, and needing to identify the problem, explain it clearly, and build an action plan on the spot — all while respecting someone’s equipment and their home. Being on the other side of that troubleshooting scenario was a great reminder that the fundamentals don’t change across industries. Thorough troubleshooting. Clear communication. Respect for the environment and the person relying on you. Because of that approach, my dad was able to make an informed decision and replace a furnace that had deeper, fatal issues beneath the surface — instead of sinking money into a repair that wouldn’t have lasted.
