1. Sponsor

The Superior Comfort Tigers Ticket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Legal residents of the State of Michigan
• Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Residents located in Superior Comfort service areas

Participants must reside at an address within Superior Comfort’s service area at the time of entry and during the Sweepstakes period in order to remain eligible.

Employees of Superior Comfort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Participants also agree to accept the decisions of Superior Comfort as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on:

March 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time

and ends on:

September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time

Entries will remain active for the duration of the Sweepstakes unless the participant has already won or becomes ineligible.

Superior Comfort reserves the right to modify the promotion schedule if necessary.

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by:

• Completing the official entry form on superiorcomforthvac.com
• Completing a physical entry form provided by Superior Comfort staff

Entries must include all required information to be eligible.

Entrants must provide an address located within Superior Comfort’s service area. Entries submitted with addresses outside of the service area are not eligible and may be disqualified.

Only one entry per household is permitted unless additional bonus entries apply.

Attempts to submit multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, devices, or fraudulent methods may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Superior Comfort.

Participants may not win more than one Superior Comfort giveaway per calendar year.

6. Yard Sign Participation

Participants may choose to allow Superior Comfort to install a promotional yard sign at their residence.

If a participant enters through the yard sign participation method, the yard sign must remain installed and visible at the participant’s registered service-area residence in order to remain eligible.

If the yard sign is removed, missing, or not visible at the time of winner verification, the participant may be deemed ineligible and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes without installing a yard sign.

To enter without a yard sign, participants may submit a handwritten request on a 5″x 8″ index card with the words:

“Superior Comfort Tiger Ticket Giveaway”

The card must also include their:

Full Name
Address
Phone Number
Email Address

The address provided must be located within the Superior Comfort service area to be eligible.

Mail-in entries must be received during the Sweepstakes period and will receive one standard entry.

Mail-in entries will be included in the same drawing pool as other entries and will have the same odds of winning.

8. Prize

Each drawing will award the following prize:

(4) Detroit Tigers Tiger Club Tickets
(1) Parking Pass at McLaren Garage

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $537

Up to 40 ticket packages may be awarded during the Sweepstakes.

Game dates will be determined by Superior Comfort.

Prizes are:

• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash

Superior Comfort reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected through random drawings conducted under the supervision of Superior Comfort.

Drawings may be conducted live on Superior Comfort’s Facebook page.

Potential winners will be notified via phone or email using the contact information provided during entry.

If a potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted
• Fails to respond within 24 hours
• Is determined to be ineligible
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules

the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Winner Verification

To claim the prize, the selected participant must:

• Meet all eligibility requirements
• Comply with all Official Rules
• Verify entry information

If the entry method involves yard sign participation, the yard sign must be installed and visible at the registered residence during verification.

Verification may include:

• Technician confirmation
• Staff verification

Failure to verify eligibility may result in disqualification.

12. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Superior Comfort and its representatives the right, where permitted by law, to use their:

• Name
• City of residence
• Photograph
• Likeness
• Statements regarding the Sweepstakes

for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

13. Email Communication

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to receive periodic email communications from Superior Comfort.

Participants may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in email communications.

14. Limitation of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless:

Superior Comfort and its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, employees, officers, and representatives from any liability related to:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes
• Acceptance or use of any prize
• Technical failures
• Internet or hardware malfunctions
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Errors in administration of the promotion

15. Promotion Modifications

Superior Comfort reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any issue arise that could compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the promotion.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan.

Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in courts located in Michigan, without resort to any form of class action.

Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
