We're now offering a simple way for people in our service area to get their yard signs. Just fill out this form, and we'll send someone out to give you the sign within 2 business days!
Fill out our form or visit our office at 27518 Telegraph Rd, Flat Rock, MI 48134 to enter! Stop by Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to pick up your sign and fill our your entry slip. Call (734) 224-9094 with any questions.
Rules for Entry
- Entries are limited to 1 per household.
- Fill out the blue entry slip with your name, address, phone number, and email. You must be able to be reached by this contact information if your slip is chosen.
- Place our Superior Comfort yard sign in your yard. Fill out the online form or visit our office in Flat Rock to pick up a sign and fill out the entry slip.
- Keep the sign up for the Tigers season!
Additional Information
- Gift recipients will be chosen at random on Facebook live.
- Your residence must be in our service area for your entry to be counted.
- We will visit each potential recipient’s house (unannounced) to verify our yard sign is still up.
- If we can’t reach you in a timely fashion, a new entry will be chosen.
- If you followed everything above and your yard sign is still up when we visit, you get 2 tickets!
- Tickets will be transferred via the Ballpark mobile app.
